Message from the Academy Leader

Welcome to the GEMS ICT Academy, a fabulous facility dedicated to helping our parents improve their computer skills!

Many people are concerned that they cannot keep pace with the rapidly changing world of technology and digital devices, so three years ago we established the ICT Academy to provide computer courses for parents.

The courses on offer range from Computer Basics, a complete beginners course for those with no experience of computing at all, through to Web Design and Microsoft Office courses for those who want to extend or update their existing knowledge.

Feedback from parents who have attended courses shows us that their improved knowledge and skills not only make it easier to support their children’s learning but also improves their own professional development.

All our courses are broken down into comfortable two hour sessions and conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The course schedule is changed every two months to vary the courses on offer and make it easy to attend at a time that is convenient for you.

Whatever your level of ability you will be assured of a warm welcome in the Academy.
